Even this is the same staff (owner) sat on the till, and you told the same staff you paid for the bag already, and he will also charge you the bag again. If you have not check the recipe, then you will double pay for it and without any apologize on his fault. Like scam.

My parcel was returned due to a carrier label error, with tracking showing it couldn’t be processed and was sent back before it ever reached me. When I went in to ask for help, the staff refused to take responsibility or properly look into it. Instead, I was told to contact Evri myself for a refund, even though I didn’t arrange the delivery and have no contract with them. There was no attempt to explain the issue clearly or offer a solution like a resend or refund. Overall, very poor customer service unhelpful, dismissive, and no effort made to resolve a problem that wasn’t caused by me. Need another post office in denton🙏
